Plate Hospitality Solutions was created with a simple mission: to help restaurants perform at their highest potential. After more than twenty years working as an executive chef and multi-unit leader, we saw firsthand how many restaurants struggle not because of passion or talent—but because they lack clear systems, financial structure, and operational consistency. We built PHS to change that.

our story

Plate Hospitality Solutions was founded out of a deep love for hospitality and a desire to support the teams who bring it to life every day. After leading high-volume restaurants, developing menus, coaching teams, and improving operations across multiple locations, we recognized a common need:
restaurants want to grow, but they don’t always have the tools or support to do it effectively.

PHS exists to bridge that gap. We combine real-world operational experience with modern systems, menu strategy, financial insight, and leadership development—giving operators the clarity and confidence they need to scale successfully.
